authorities said they had received numerous reports of other children being molested by ronald lawrence, 76 years of age, from more than 30 years ago.. it is believed, according to lawrences arrest warrant, the kingdom hall church where lawrence was an elder, chose not to inform law enforcement of the abuse.

authorities said that if the jehovahs witness church withheld information from authorities that they too could face criminal charges.. .

I am shocked at this story. I really feel the rest of the public and JWs should see this so that they can see how the JW Orginzation handles these situations. They cover it up and let the men keep on serving and getting closer to your children. Just sickening. Thanks for sharing this.

does anyone know why people say as jws you can't have guns.

i've asked people at the hall and they say jws aren't supposed to have guns.

i asked them why, and they all say just because we're not supposed to.

Does anyone know why people say as JWs you can't have guns. I've asked people at the hall and they say JWs aren't supposed to have guns. I asked them why, and they all say just because we're not supposed to. The logic in that huh. Will anyway does anyone have the answer? It's too hard to get an actual answer from fellow JWs.

my story is long, heart stopping, tragic, and puzzling.

since i posted what was said to be my last post, i received a private message which sparked my attention about the watchtower.

immediately i did research, and have found not only proof from outside sources, but the watchtower openly admitting it.

My story is long, heart stopping, tragic, and puzzling.

Since I posted what was said to be my last post, I received a private message which sparked my attention about the Watchtower. Immediately I did research, and have found not only proof from outside sources, but the Watchtower openly admitting it. After this I was still fully attending meetings and giving talks, but with many doubts increasing. During this time I lost my father in death, and my best friend removed himself as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. I myself when after this happened have become so depressed at times that I have thought of an easy way out that I don't think I need to mention. I come back not to be told, "We Told You So", but to further find my answers that I am so desperately seeking.

I would like to thank everyone for their support in the past and future support.

after all of them i have realized, all of you have made me realized that after all of the stuff i have been through, i just need a good friend.
